How long will the order arrive?
Total delivery time consists of 1-2 business days for processing plus regional shipping:
- UK, SG, AU: 3-8 business days.
- US, MX: 5-15 business days.
- CA, EU: 6-10 business days.
- Other Countries: Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
(Tracking number included for all packages).
How can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us via service@drisla.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order enters the "Processing" stage (1-2 business days), cancellations or modifications cannot be made.
My package was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it. Why?
Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered 24 hours before arrival. Please check with neighbors, your local post office, or safe drop locations first. If it is still missing after 24 hours, contact us for assistance.
The product I ordered doesn't fit. What can I do?
For breast pump flanges/inserts, we offer exchange guidelines. Please do not open or use the product if the size is incorrect due to hygiene reasons. Contact us with your order number to request the correct size package.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes. We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging. Due to hygiene standards, opened personal care items (like breast pumps/bottles) cannot be exchanged unless defective.
Breast Pump & Bottle Usage
How to disassemble the Dr. isla breast pump?
Turn off the motor first. Gently pull the motor away from the milk collector. Detach the silicone shield, valve, and linker step-by-step. Never wash or submerge the pump motor in water.
How to clean and sanitize Dr. isla breast pump accessories?
Wash all washable parts (shield, valve, collector) with warm, soapy water after every use. To sanitize, steam or boil them in water 100℃ for 3-5 minutes. Do not microwave or boil the pump motor.
How often should I replace Dr. isla breast pump accessories?
Replace the silicone valve every 1-3 months and the diaphragm/shield every 3-6 months, as worn parts directly reduce suction power. Replace immediately if any tear or warping is found.
Does the breast pump automatically shut down?
Yes. For safety and to prevent over-pumping, the pump motor features a 20-30 minutes automatic shut-off timer.
Can I adjust the suction level?
Yes. Taking our bestselling Dr. Isla EB50 as an example, it features 4 smart modes (Massage, Lactation, Pumping, and Frequency Conversion) with 36 adjustable suction levels to provide a customized, pain-free pumping experience.
(Note: Always start at level 1 and increase gradually).
Can the Dr. Isla baby bottle warmer preserve breastmilk nutrients while heating?
Yes. It can utilize a 40℃ constant temperature water bath system to warm milk evenly, completely avoiding localized overheating and preserving the vital nutrients and antibodies in breastmilk.
What bottle brands and neck sizes are compatible with the Dr. Isla portable bottle warmer?
Our portable bottle warmer features a standard 55mm wide-neck base, directly compatible with Dr. Isla wide-neck bottles and Philips Avent. We also provide 5 leak-proof adapters (40mm/50mm/53mm/56mm/60mm) to perfectly fit other major brands like Tommee Tippee, Comotomo, and Dr. Brown's.
Sizing & Smart Pumping Solutions
How to measure my breast pump flange size?
Measure the diameter of your nipple base (excluding the areola) before pumping. Choose a flange size that is 2-3 mm larger than your measurement. Standard pack includes 24mm, with 19mm/21mm inserts available.
The product I ordered doesn't fit. What can I do?
For hygiene reasons, only unopened/unused items in original packaging can be exchanged within 30 days. For breast pump flanges, if the size is incorrect, do not use it ; contact us with your order number to request the correct size package.
Can I breastfeed on one side and pump on the other?
Yes. The Dr. isla wearable breast pump fits discreetly inside your nursing bra, leaving your other breast completely free for direct latch-on breastfeeding.
Can I move around while I pump? / Will it leak if I lean forward to work?
Yes, you can move freely. Our hands-free design allows you to walk and do light tasks. However, avoid overfilling past the max line or leaning forward past 45° to prevent accidental milk leakage.
Why did my breast pump lose suction, hurt, or make a loud noise?
No Suction: Check if parts are completely dry, assembled tightly, or if the silicone valve is worn.
Pain (How to resolve):
1. Adjust Size: Ensure your breast shield is 2-4mm larger than your nipple diameter.
2. Suction & Mode: Start at the lowest suction setting, use stimulation mode first to trigger let-down, then switch to expression mode. Inspect valves for leaks.
3. Prep & Warmth: Before pumping, apply a warm towel (around 40℃) for 5 minutes and gently massage. Adjust the pump angle to align vertically.
Noise: Normal operation is under 40 dB. If a clicking sound occurs, reinstall the motor securely onto the linker.
